Getting started
Sign in, accept consent, send your first reflection. Five minutes.

Nyra has two surfaces: the patient app and the clinician dashboard. Both live behind the same login portal at the root of the app, with role gates handling the rest.
For patients
- Open the invite link your clinician sent you. The link carries a one-time access code (18 characters, expires in 7 days).
- Read and accept the three legal documents on the login screen. Terms, Privacy, Medical Disclaimer.
- Tap Continue as patient. The system creates a local assessment record.
- Fill the short intake (presenting concern, age range, prior care, medication status, visibility consent).
- The assistant sends the first welcome turn referencing what you shared at intake. Reply with one moment from today or yesterday.
That is day 1. The app reminds you each day for 14 days. PHQ-9 lands on day 1; both PHQ-9 and GAD-7 return on days 7 and 14.
For clinicians
- Sign in with the email your clinic registered. Magic link is delivered via Supabase.
- The dashboard opens to your roster. Empty roster shows the invite card instead of templated setup tasks.
- Generate a patient invite link. Copy or email it. The link expires in 7 days and is single-use.
- When the patient signs in, your roster updates in real time via postgres_changes.
- Tap the patient row to open their evidence map: reflections, signal trajectory, PHQ-9 / GAD-7 progression, audit log, direct chat.
What you do not need
No EHR integration, no SSO setup, no HIPAA BAA. The app runs in non-PHI development mode until external evidence, vendor agreements, and clinical governance are signed. PHI claims are blocked at every layer of the build (npm run verify:ci-data-boundary fails the build otherwise).
