Privacy Policy

Nyra is a product of Humyn LLC. Nyra is a clinician-supervised decision-support companion for the time between visits. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or prescribe, does not replace a clinician, and is not an emergency service. Questions about this policy or your data: support@humyn.studio.

We use your information to power your daily reflection, surface source-backed patterns and check-in trajectories for your clinician to review before your next visit, and operate and secure the service. We do not use your information for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to track you across other apps or websites.

Nyra accesses HealthKit data (sleep, heart-rate variability, activity) read-onlyand only with your explicit permission, solely to display a weekly correlation with your reflections to you and your clinician. Nyra never writes to Apple Health, never uses HealthKit data for advertising or marketing, never shares it with third parties for those purposes, and never sells it. You can revoke access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest (AES-256 via Supabase). The Supabase service-role key is server-only and never reaches the app; row-level security is enabled on every table; state changes are recorded in an append-only audit chain. Until our external clinical, privacy, security, and vendor approvals are complete, the product runs in a non-PHI posture and does not process protected health information.

Nyra surfaces crisis resources (988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline and 911) as plain, always-available text. Nyra is not monitored in real time and is not an emergency service. If you may be in danger, contact 988 or 911 or your local emergency number.

You control whether Nyra can read Apple Health data and can revoke it in iOS Settings. You can request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing support@humyn.studio; we will respond within a reasonable period and confirm when the request is complete.

Nyra is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Use by minors should be arranged through a clinician and a parent or guardian.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will revise the effective date above and, for material changes, surface a notice in the app or on this page.
